These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RF System Builder located at systembuilder.h6systems.com (the “System Builder”), operated by H6 Systems, Inc. (“H6 Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the System Builder, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the System Builder.

Use of the System Builder

The System Builder is provided as a tool to help users explore and configure potential RF system setups. It is intended for informational and preliminary design purposes only.

You agree to use the System Builder only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

Engineering Disclaimer

The configurations generated by the System Builder are not final engineered solutions. All system designs are subject to review, validation, and approval by H6 Systems engineering personnel.

Use of the System Builder does not constitute engineering advice, certification, or a guarantee of performance, suitability, or availability.

No Warranties

The System Builder is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. H6 Systems makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the information or configurations provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H6 Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the System Builder, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or system performance issues.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of any system configuration generated using the System Builder. You should not rely solely on the tool for engineering decisions without professional review.

Intellectual Property

The System Builder, including its design, functionality, content, and underlying logic, is the property of H6 Systems and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion of the System Builder without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

• Attempt to disrupt or damage the System Builder
• Use automated tools or bots to access the System Builder
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the System Builder for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the System Builder at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of access.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the System Builder after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
