H6 Systems, Inc. (“H6 Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the RF System Builder located at systembuilder.h6systems.com (the “System Builder”), which allows users to configure custom RF systems and request quotes.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the System Builder.

By using the System Builder, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

• Information you provide: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you submit through the quote request form.
• System configuration data: Your selected tube, modulator, output components, interface, and packaging selections.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and general usage data.
• Spam prevention data: Google reCAPTCHA may collect device and behavioral data to determine whether you are a human user.
• Browser storage: The System Builder stores your selections locally in your browser to preserve your progress.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use your information for unsolicited marketing.

• Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)): We use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and protect the security of our service. Our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure platform does not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Form Submissions and Email Processing

When you submit a quote request, the information you provide is sent via email.

Your submission is shared with:

• H6 Systems engineering team
• White Mountain Codeworks engineering team
• You (confirmation email)

This information is used solely to review your request, generate a quote, and communicate with you. It is not used for marketing or sold to third parties.

Browser Storage

The System Builder uses browser session storage to temporarily store your system configuration while your browser tab is open. This allows you to navigate the tool without losing your selections. This data is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab, or you may clear it at any time through your browser settings.

Third-Party Services

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and automated abuse.

reCAPTCHA analyzes interactions to determine whether a user is human and may collect data such as IP address, device information, and behavior.

International Data Transfers

H6 Systems is based in the United States. If you are accessing the System Builder from the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, please be aware that your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Specifically, data may be processed by the following US-based services:

• Google Gmail (email transmission and storage)
• Google reCAPTCHA (spam prevention)

These transfers are facilitated under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Google's data processing terms. By consenting to this Privacy Policy and submitting your data, you acknowledge this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information only in the following situations:

• With service providers assisting in operations
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect rights, safety, or property
• In connection with a business transfer

Data Retention

We retain personal information according to the following criteria:

• Quote request data: Retained for up to 24 months after your last communication with us, unless you request earlier deletion.
• Session storage data: Automatically cleared when you close your browser tab.
• reCAPTCHA data: Managed by Google in accordance with their own retention policies.

After the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because data has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store and isolate it until deletion is feasible.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the GDPR:

• Right of access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal data from our records, including any emails containing your submission. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any processing performed before the withdrawal, nor does it affect processing based on other lawful grounds.

Children’s Privacy

This tool is not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted here with a revised date.
